As part of the team at HACO A/S, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our experienced engineering team and help maintain our high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Primary responsibilities:
As an employee, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and precise machining of larger items on our CNC machines. This involves programming and maintaining CNC programs, as well as ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools. You will also be part of a team of dedicated employees, who all focus on solving the tasks within the given quality guidelines. You are expected to be able to work independently and at the same time be an active contributor to the team’s success. To be successful in these responsibilities, it is important that you have a solid technical background and experience in CNC machining. It is important that you are careful and detail-oriented in your work, as even small mistakes can have major consequences in the processing of large items. You must be able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications, and be able to take responsibility for the quality of your work. Finally, it is important that you are a team player and can collaborate effectively with your colleagues.

About you:
We are looking for people with a background as an industrial technician or have a flair as an operator to work in a unique manufacturing company. You must have a good technical understanding and be skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings. It is important that you can work independently and efficiently, while at the same time being able to collaborate with colleagues across different departments. You must be meticulous and quality-conscious in your work and focus on delivering high-quality products to our customers. At the same time, you possess the ability to keep the surroundings clean and tidy, for the benefit of you and your colleagues.
